She was calm, compassionate and helpful, and the structure of the class makes it easy for a beginner to understand. She went into detail about basic self-healing reiki techniques and included a guided meditation as well, which I found really helpful for connecting to my body and strengthening my psychic abilities. She also provided info sheets with diagrams of the different techniques to take back with us as well as crystal pendulums to assist in balancing the chakras.
